Our rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:30 on the day of departure.

The entire property, including the swimming pool and garden, is not accessible before the check-in time of 16:00 or after the check-out time.

Prices do not include tourist tax.

Tourist tax is €0.98 per person per night and is charged separately.

Your reservation is final once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay via bank transfer.

The balance must be paid by bank transfer at least one month before your arrival date or contact on arrival.

Minimum length of stay:
• Low season: 2 nights
• High season: 3 nights

If you cancel within 12 weeks of arrival, you are not entitled to a refund of the deposit. The deposit will be converted into a cancellation and booking fee.

If you cancel within 8 days of your planned arrival date, no refund of both the deposit and balance is possible. Both amounts will be converted into cancellation and booking fees.

In case of early departure or interruption of stay, no refund can be claimed.

We do not accept bank cards or credit cards.

Payments can only be made in advance via bank transfer or cash on arrival.

The swimming pool is open from May to September, with permitted swimming times from 09:00 to 21:00, so that every guest can enjoy the peace and quiet.

For your safety, diving from the edge is not allowed
(depth: 1.50 m).

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, drinks in glass containers are not allowed at the pool. We will gladly provide you with non-breakable receptacles

A private car park is available, located opposite Maison Reces. Cars may only park at the main entrance to the house for loading and unloading luggage, after which cars should be moved to the parking provided for that purpose.

We are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked in the car park.

Small pets kept on a leash can be allowed only on request (surcharge of €10 per day).

Please note that we have three little dogs of our own

To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking and eating in the rooms is not allowed.

Smoking is also prohibited in the common areas of our accommodation, as well as by the pool. Guests can only smoke on their private terrace.

Consumption and/or storage of your own (soft) drinks is not allowed in our Chambres d'Hôtes.
